Refunds

We don't offer refunds on FLOW orders.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange any item within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unused, and returned in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, grip socks that have been worn can't be exchanged.

How to request an exchange
