Why is the FLOW Mat 4 mm?

It cushions your knees in kneeling work while staying firm and stable for standing and balance poses.

Does the mat work in hot classes?

Yes. The grip is very strong and keeps its hold when you sweat.

What is the mat made of?

A polyurethane (PU) leather top layer on a 100% rubber base.

How do I care for the mat?

Wipe it with a damp cloth after practice, let it air dry, and store it away from direct sunlight.

What size are the grip socks?

One size, fitting EU 36–41.

What are the grip socks made of?

Soft cotton, with a thick, sticky grip on the sole.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

We deliver everywhere in the UAE within 1–2 working days for AED 25.

Can I return or exchange my order?
